An Extra Upper Body Workout!


It's leap day so make sure that you take advantage of this extra 24 hours and get one more workout in than last year! Matt made this upper body routine to hit all parts of your arms and shoulders, so find a weight that is challenging and knock out three rounds! I admit that these four pound weights were too light for me, so next time I do this routine I'll grab some bigger weights.
