Lower Body Cardio Workout!

We have missed a few Mondays now and I am really sorry! The last few weeks have been crazy and I have been recovering from a nasty bout of tendonitis and I figured no one was interested in watching me do physical therapy stretches. That would have been a couple of very boring videos!

But we are back and have some great stuff planned for this month! I can't wait for you to see it all! 

This workout was great! Lot's of legs and booty burning, plus the added cardio really got the endorphins pumping. I was craving a good workout after all the stretching and not doing cardio was making me feel a little sluggish! So this is a great way to jump start the week!
