Summertime Drinks!

Since I am spending the next couple of days by the pool, I decided to recreate some of my favorite drinks that I've had this year! These are all non-alcoholic, refreshing drinks to take out in the heat and cool off with!

The first is a tasty Mango Lemonade that I got at the Spa at Solage in Calistoga, Ca. The others are drinks that I ordered while in London in March! There's a restaurant called Comptoir Libanais that we ran into to get something to drink as we walked. I ordered the Roza (Rose-flavored Lemonade) and KB ordered the Roomana (Pomegranate Juice with Orange Blossom) and they were both sooooo good! So I looked up the menu and found the ingredients and got to work! These are all super simple to make and can be made to taste (NO MEASURING! YAY!). It's a pour-everything-into-a-glass-and-stir recipe!

What you'll need:

Mango Lemonade:

  • Lemonade
  • Fresh Mango (Pureed)

  1. Peel a mango and cut it into smaller pieces. Put it into a blender and puree until you have a paste.
  2. Pour your desired amount of lemonade and add in a few spoonfuls of mango. Mix it all up until well combined.
  3. Do a taste test and add more mango until you're happy!
  4. Garnish with lemon slices!

Rose Lemonade:

  • Lemonade
  • Rose Water
  • Half a lime (juiced)
  1. Fill your glass 3/4 of the way with lemonade.
  2. Add in your lime juice
  3. Fill the rest of the glass with rose water and stir until combined. (This recipe is to taste, so if you're unsure about how much rose water you want add a little less, taste and then add more until you're happy with the flavor!)
  4. Garnish with lime slices!

Pomegranate & Orange Blossom:

  • Pomegranate Juice (I like Pom because it's 100% pomegranate and not a cocktail.)
  • Orange Blossom Water
  1. Fill your glass 7/8 of the way with pomegranate juice.
  2. Fill the rest with your orange blossom water! (want more orange do less Pom and more OB Water!)
  3. Stir until combined, add a straw and enjoy!

Love you bunches,
